Despite the scary comments over decades and decades, its been definitively shown that a disc simply can not slip out of place!
This doesn't mean that you can't experience severe pain in your spine but it does mean that we do not have to fear spinal pain. We simply need to address it correctly and...

We know that back pain is usually linked to what a person does too much of.

If your days are spent behind a computer, you'll likely manage better if you take regular breaks from your desk to do something completely different. Stretch backwards, move around, go have a glass of water. *Stop sittin...

Your body is an amazing engine that has been engineered to heal itself in many ways. However, this does not always happen automatically or efficiently when you’re unknowingly working against yourself.

Life is a continuous cycle of one cell breaking down and another taking its place - Your body u...

Physiotherapists have created this problem. A massage can only make you feel better for a moment. It will not address any underlying cause and will make patients dependent on continuous treatment and bills.

For an acute injury (in the absence of profuse bleeding or unbearable pain), I...

Thank you for a great testimonial Cindy.

Most important to us after diagnosing the cause of the pain, is to enable our patients to continue treating themselves after leaving the practice in order to prevent the necessity for further treatment.

Jeanne treated a persistent pain in my neck that was the cause of months of discomfort. What I loved about the treatment is that I was given exercises to do at home to treat the specific area causing pain. This meant that I didn't have to keep going back for regular treatments. She is also able to assess my range of movement remotely which is really helpful and convenient.

I was in real pain after pulling a lower back muscle. Needed to get back on my feet ASAP as I run my own business and work was piling in. Jeanne sorted me out within 2 days. She's not only on top of her game, she really is one of the few in the Healing Profession who genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommended!

Jeanne has definitely redefined my definition of what a physiotherapist does. Thank you for continually educating me with much needed information that is not always freely available regarding physiotherapy and the various treatments available. More people need to know about you.

For Physical Relief and Rehabilitation

We focus on addressing the underlying causes of various Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal conditions - especially those that appear without reason.

We empower our patients to have the capacity to manage their own bodies and the struggles they face from time to time, and we only get involved for future appointments when their self-management hasn't lived up to the task.

We prefer our patients to remain independent and to gain a better understanding of their condition(s), through education within each session.
